*Literally - Autumn begins on September 22nd which is this Wednesday.
So since it's almost fall in 3 days, almost Halloween in 42 days, & almost Christmas in 97 days, is it too early to go around saying "Happy Holidays'" to everyone? I'm asking for a friend :)
I am so sorry for my lack of activity on this blog. It has been wild since my last two updates. My ma came to visit for two weeks, my eldest daughter moved out for the first time on her own, my youngest got a new car, I got surgery on my elbow (my daughter now calls me arm wrist) & I went to an authors retreat & a convention.
Needless to say, it's been wild in my home and it's only going to get crazier when the holidays begin to start. Apparently my eldest has already started her Christmas shopping and is getting everything for really cheap & I'm just like;
Just kidding :) I have been recovering from my surgery & my doctor explictly said no working out so I have been doing nothing but writing my newest book & editing Zelina: The Third Glyph. I have already gotten the alpha reader's notes back so I am working off of that. I will send out the beta book to the readers soon. I have sent off the art to be made, as well as the trailer to be begun being made. Those should be done by the release date. I am hoping to have it all done before my birthday (Jan. 17. 22) but I make no promises.
I am hoping to get back into the swing of things & to have this blog on a more requlated schedule, even if it's once a month. I love to share my ideas with you all and for you to share your ideas with me. I am hoping to make my next blog post to be about Halloween related things. Do you all have any scary books you like to read during this season? Please feel free to share them in the comment box below.
