Finally, some sad news about Galaxy Con 👾 I am currently having trouble getting into contact with anyone regarding this issue so I'm stating it now, I will NOT be attending Galaxy Con this year. I would still like to attend but I've been having issues with the persons in charge and inability to get into contact. Maybe next year :)

ALSO in other fun news, when I'm not at the beach getting sunburnt or sand literally everywhere, I've been prepping new book series to be ready for publication on 11/11!! That's right - November 11th so be READY! Speaking of summer and the beach, I'm very excited to be there now that the weather's heating up. Summer is often synonymous with sunshine, warmth, and a sense of freedom. The benefits of being in the sun during the summer months are numerous and varied.

  1. Vitamin D Production: Sun exposure is essential for the body to produce vitamin D, which plays a crucial role in bone health, immune function, and mood regulation. Spending time outdoors in the sun allows the body to naturally synthesize vitamin D, promoting overall well-being.

  2. Improved Mood: Sunlight triggers the release of serotonin, a neurotransmitter associated with mood regulation and feelings of happiness and well-being. Spending time outdoors on sunny days can uplift your spirits and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

  3. Enhanced Sleep: Exposure to natural sunlight helps regulate the body's internal clock, known as the circadian rhythm. This can lead to improved sleep quality and a more consistent sleep-wake cycle, promoting better overall health.

  4. Increased Physical Activity: Warmer weather and longer daylight hours encourage outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, cycling, and sports. Engaging in physical activity outdoors not only promotes physical fitness but also allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of your surroundings.

  1. Enhanced Mental Health: Sunlight exposure has been linked to lower rates of depression and seasonal affective disorder (SAD). The bright light and warmth of the sun can have a positive impact on mood and mental well-being.

While it's important to enjoy the benefits of sunlight, it's also crucial to practice sun safety by wearing sunscreen, seeking shade during peak sun hours, and staying hydrated. With proper precautions, spending time in the sun can be a source of joy, vitality, and rejuvenation during the summer months.

Now that I'm all talked out about the beach and bragging about my beach life, I'm resting and doing my usual work and trying to keep up with my Kindle Vella's.

If you can't attend those events, don't be discouraged, I'm sure those won't be the only events I do this year. I will always keep you up to date with everything that is happening with the Zelina series, The Glyph Master series, Ream stories, Rise of the Vanquisher, any other Vella's, books, interviews, podcasts, and festivals. So keep reading these blogs and all my social media posts including Facebook, Tik Tok, & Instagram. Stay tuned for new updates!

See you at all the festivals this year, book signings, Insta, or on REAM :)
